Cormo Bakery is our neighbour at Balcormo Farm. Their sourdough bread is special, the kind of bread that can sustain you, and it tastes incredible. A perfect base for a couple of poached eggs.
The Sesame Loaf is their country loaf coated with sesame seeds: made with organic Mungoswells and Scotland the Bread flour, naturally leavened over 24 hours and baked dark for flavour.
