Cormo Bakery is our neighbour at Balcormo Farm. Their sourdough bread is special, the kind of bread that can sustain you, and it tastes incredible.
Their tin loaf is great for substantial sandwiches, or maybe just if you like your toast to be square. Made with organic Mungoswells and Scotland the Bread flour, naturally leavened over 24 hours and baked dark for flavour.
