Cormo Bakery is our neighbour at Balcormo Farm. Their sourdough bread is special, the kind of bread that can sustain you, and it tastes incredible. A perfect base for a couple of poached eggs.
Their Country Loaf is their signature house loaf, made with organic Mungoswells and Scotland the Bread flour, naturally leavened over 24 hours and baked dark for flavour.
